In the relationship between thinking and language, which is true?

As there are no options to choose from, I will simply explain the concept. Language and Thinking are two elements which affect each other in every way, if someone's language has a clear perspective it makes someone's thinking also clear which in turn makes the language clearer.   Moreover people at times tend to think in images instead of words, like artists and innovators can develop a specific idea more clearly in images than the words.
