Cultural and Biological psychology differ in terms of study. Biological psychology refers to the relationship between the brain and the nervous system while cultural psychology is more on the behaviors that are being affected by the culture of the person.

Biological psychology often conducts researches with the help of the brain reactions while the Cultural psychology would often deal with the interaction and reaction of the person to stimuli. 

I think it is important to learn both kinds of psychology because it would help understand both the physical and psycho-social aspect of the person. It would be easier for them to understand and address behavioral issues.
