Cooking is my favorite hobby is cooking because you can make things that you like and you can design foods. When you’re hungry you can make food for yourself and you can have fun while doing it.

Cooking helps me refocus instead of overreacting due to my anxiety. When I feel overwhelmed I can find something that I have control over. Cooking is the type of control I need so I know I’m capable of getting through certain obstacles. If I make a mess and clean it up, it’s almost the same as making a mistake in life and not looking back at it. Cooking is a useful tool I can use in my day-to-day life to calm and enjoy myself.
