Having this type of views are extremely toxic and most likely invite conflict in a relationship with people in our community.

- Xenocentrism

Xenocentrism is the act of believing our culture is 'superior' or better than the other. This type of view can  be held by people from all culture regardless whether they're minority ot not.

Examples:

"The tradition of my people is better and more respectful than theirs."

" The Public system in my country is way better than theirs"

This type of view could also created conflict between different groups.

the act of deciding on matters of the economy. economic decision making is routinely conducted by finance ministers, economic advisors, heads of major central banks and business leaders and can have profound effects on a major economy.

    racial conflict and discrimination has existed ever since man learned to kill with rocks and bones. these conflicts arose from disputes between territory, power, wealth, religion, or simple difference. some of the most infamous racial disputes include slavery, the holocaust, and the civil rights movement.

    these listed disputes often resulted in casualties from all sides. riots, wars, imprisonment, and lynching are all commonly associated with racial conflict on severe levels.

      however, racism is an improving issue in recent decades. people are being more accepting and welcoming of diverse populations. though, the world isn't perfect and it will take much more time, if ever, until the world is rid of racism.
