For this case what we should do is write an equation of the form:
 y = k * x
 Where,
 k: proportionality constant.
 We have then that the equation for this case is:
 y = 1.06 * x
 That is to say:
 k = 1.06
 
 an equation is:
 y = 1.06 * x
