bring a tort. In 2009, Lenny gave his former college buddy Rob $1,000 to maintain his house and yard when
he was transferred for six months to Europe for business. When he returned, he learned that Rob had taken
a new job in New York and had never followed through on his promise. Leny took no action until he saw
Rob at their 10th college reunion in 2017 when he threatened to sue Rob for the return of his $1,000. Rob
laughed and said there wasn't anything Lenny could do about it. Is he right?
