The Gentlemen's Agreement of 1907 was an informal agreement between Japan and the United States United States in which it was agreed that the United States would stop imposing restrictions on Japanese immigration, and Japan would restrict emigration to the United States. The Agreement sought to reduce tensions between the two. countries .  

The immediate cause of the agreement was the rejection of Japanese immigrants that began to emerge in California.  

In the agreement, Japan agreed to stop approving passports to Japanese who wanted to work in the United States and in return, the United States agreed to accept immigrants who settled in the United States and allow the immigration of their immediate families.

these are the biological factors:

adrian is relatively tall and he is on the basketball team

(adrian can't ever stop being tall or force himself to be tall. likely one or both of his parents are tall as well and they passed on the tall gene. he probably does basketball because he is tall)

the rest are environmental/cultural factors. these are things that are taught to us. for example, cynthia wasn't born saving pocket money, her family most likely taught her this (environmental factor)
