Ok, so first anywhere you see him just stare at him, and if he happens to turn and look at him, wait a second then look away, as if you can hardly tear your eyes away. then try and be near him as much as you can, and if you ever talk to him, don't be afraid to be awkward, even the least romantic people know that means someone likes you. try to bump into him lightly sometimes, just so you can get his attention, and if you say sorry and he responds you can start a conversation.
