Participating Collaboratively
Objective
By completing this worksheet, you will be able to develop a collaborative participation plan to set ground rules
for decision making and develop a consensus building plan for your group work. This plan will help you and
your group members to contribute relevant information and successfully build on the ideas of others.
Set ground rules for decision making. Ground rules are agreements about how to behave and interact during group work. Agree in advance how decisions will be made. How will ideas be presented? How will members express their decisions?
