1) "the country swains shall dance and sing/for the delight each may morning. if these delights thy mind may move, /then live with me and be my love."

2) "and trouble death heaven with my bootless cries, /and look upon my self and curse my fate"

After reading the excerpt presented above I concluded that the sort of life that the shepherd is offering to the nymph is peaceful and at one with nature. This is also clear after in the poem he offers a list of delights that he is offering his love.

The mood that Shakespeare evokes with the lines presented above from sonnet 29 is that of Hopelessness. This is very clear when the narrator tells his prayers and cries to heaven remain unheard and he takes a look at himself and curses his own fate.
