I NEED HELP For this lab, you will research the tools and equipment used in commercial kitchens in order to provide information on how to select, use, care for, and maintain these items. You will also assess your current proficiency in being able to use and maintain these items. Start by selecting five commercial tools, three small tools, and two serving dishes used in a commercial kitchen for food preparation. For each item selected, you will research and share the following information: Basic description of the item Image of the item Operation and use of the item Provide an example of a dish or food that would utilize this tool or equipment How to care for and maintain this item Any special procedures for safety or otherwise when using this item How and why might a chef or kitchen select this item to be in the kitchen Rate your ability and confidence to use this item properly. If your rating is low, mention what steps you can take to improve your rating. You can share this information and research with a slideshow presentation, dedicating at least one slide to each tool or piece of equipment that you select and research. At the end of your presentation, please include a list of websites and resources that you used in your research.
