Ican't find x or the measure of angle 13/14? i've tried everything

Angle 13 and 14 are equal to each other, we know this because they share a vertex like that, so you can set their equations equal to each other resulting in 2x+94=7x+49 and you can solve from there,
Subtract 2x from both sides and subtract 49 from both sides to get
45=5x then divide by 5 to get x=9 and then plug 9 into each equation to get

7(8)+49
Totaling 18+94=112 and 63+49= 112
