Who was to blame for the tragedy in romeo and julliet

Their parents, mostly. If they wouldn't have had a fewd going on in the first place, they would have been free to date, and they wouldn't have had to create a scheme where Juliet pretends to be dead, because Romeo wouldn't have killed himself because he thought she was dead.
