Describe how the pan american games were established

In 1951, the Pan American games are first started and the first Pan American games were played in Bueno Aires (which is the capital city of Argentina).

In 1920s, in an Olympic Congress the representatives of Cuba, Guatemala and Mexico proposed the idea that there must be the games for just America and then it started and Mexico was the first to host the Central American games in 1926. After that they want to grow and expand the games for the rest of America so that is how the Pan American games were started later.
