Students will create a fitness program to be advertised by a fictitious health center. Students will develop the following components of the program: a welcome letter to new members, an outline of an exercise program, nutritional information and program, and a brief (2-3 sentences) description of at least two seminars to be offered. Students will present their final project in a short oral presentation.
