Don and Doña.
In many Spanish-speaking countries, it is considered very respectful to refer to a man as don and a woman as doña. Normally, this title would precede the person’s first name (e. g. don Pablo, doña Carmen, don Quijote). As you can see, this is different from señor, señora, or señorita, which typically precede a last name (i. e. señora Ramirez).
