Hi, I'm Vanessa and I'm at the international airport in Santiago, Chile, because I'm going to Texas to see my family. I can't believe that just yesterday, I was in Copiapó, Chile. Copiapó is a very interesting city that is on the Pacific coast of the country of Chile. We are surprised when we drive down a street that runs through the center of the Andes Mountains in Copiapó. In Copiapó you can climb the mountains and enjoy nature. So beautiful!

I feel sad because I have to say goodbye and my trip has to end, although I am proud of myself because I am not sick after these car trips. But I also feel very tired and want to sleep on the plane. I will not forget this trip to Ecuador, Peru and Chile. Nor am I going to forget Miriam or the Quiroga family.

Based on what you read in the text, how would Vanessa probably feel if she had to go back to South America?

Nervous
Sick
Happy
Proud
