Ernesto Lecuona was a famous composer and who was born in Guanabacoa, Havana, Cuba in 1895. He began to study piano at an early age. He left Cuba because he had political differences with the Castro regime. With the triumph of the communist revolution in Cuba, he moved to Tampa, USA in 1960.
