Okay so i'm taking an online spanish course (penn foster), and in the study guide, you have to create a bunch of sentences with words you've learned so far. translating, reading, and those kinds of things are fairly easy, but when it comes to making my own sentences, my brain just kinda waltz's away. anyone got any tips?

You will have one week to complete this assignment. when you are ready to submit it, go to the "explore submission" link located in your calendar one week from today. research a recent event in an english newspaper or magazine. then research that same event in a spanish newspaper of magazine. (online resources are fine.) write 1-2 paragraphs (8-10 sentences total) in spanish discussing the event seen through both viewpoints. what similarities are there in how the information is presented? what differences are there? what did you learn about the general viewpoints of both cultures? you will be graded on (1) appropriateness of response, (2) use of spanish, and (3) overall quality of your response.
