Estoy en mi casa y me siento feliz porque estoy dibujando. Son las (insert what time it is) y mi mama esta limpiando la casa. Mi mama es fabulosa, generosa e inteligente. ella es (insert what your mom works as). ella es de (insert where your mom was born). y (if you are religious insert: somos [put your religion here. If you aren't religious insert: no somos religiosos). Hoy esta un poco soleado y eso me hace muy feliz.

Translation:

I'm at home and I feel happy because I'm drawing. It is (insert what time it is) and my mom is cleaning the house. She is a (insert what your mom works as). She is from (insert where your mom was born). and (say if you are religious or not). Today is a bit sunny and that makes me very happy.

I tried keeping the words very basic to avoid raising suspicion from your teacher. That's why it sounds like a 4th grader is talking.
