First Blank: Escribo

In this exercise, we have three blanks and we need to fill them with correct conjugations of verbs in order to get a sentence that makes sense.

First, I say that I do something in my diary, so it is logical that we think of the verb to write (escribir). The conjugation that makes sense is escribo (first person singular - Simple present).

Second, we have an infinitive verb after the blank, which is hablar. So it is logical we have to use the formula ir + a + infinitive verb. So we conjugate ir matching the first person singular in the simple present, which is voy, so the formula is voy + a + hablar.

Third, the verb that we need to use here is hablar (to speak). Conjugated for the first person singular is hablo. Finally:

También escribo en español en mi diario todos los días y con Carlos voy a hablar español en la casa. ¡Hablo mucho español!
