The correct answer is most likely D. Mexico is not a developed country as of this time even though it is leading against other developing countries in terms of its economy. Mexico is still underdeveloped and unfortunately, based on the economic criteria, its GDP or gross domestic product per capita is not enough to support the country in booming to a developed one. Mexico’s Human Development Index (HDI) which is based upon the income, attained education, and longevity of its residents is also low. Majority of the people are also poor, with lacking proper healthcare and especially access to clean and sustainable waters.
