According to this theory, we learn new behaviors by observing others’ behavior, attitudes, and outcomes of those behaviors, that is to say by modeling. For example, if a teenager is usually around people that tends to show responsible behaviors toward their tasks (House chores, work, study, etc.) and kind attitudes toward people, it is very likely that the teenager will imitate thee behaviors as well, intentionally or unintentionally.
