The current event article can be obtained from reliable magazines, newspapers, professional journals, and any magazine or newspaper worldwide on the internet or in print. (some possible sources are included at the bottom of these directions. the article should be current (no more than six months old). the current event should take place in one of the areas we have studied (asia or the middle east). no entertainment/gossip or sports. directions: 1. open a word document on your computer and save it as current event_your name. 2. title of the article (at the top of the word document) 3. now you will type a summary of the article (must include the following a. 1st paragraph: summary of article (include who, what, when, where, why or how) written in your own words.
