Waldo is standing in The Youth Mao Zedong Statue which is located in Orange Isle, Changsha, Hunan, China.
The statue stands 32 meters tall and only depict the head part of Mao zedon's body. The project to create this statue was started in 2007 by the government officials of Hunan and completed in 2009.
