Chicken. Without the Old World(Europe), we couldn't have some of the most popular foods, not even cookies(wheat)! One of the main things also in the Columbian Exchange is diseases. It would be a lot better for North America without those, and we probably would be more successful without those diseases from England. But, it is worth all the animals and food from the Old World.
