What has been shown to increase a person’s susceptibility to alzheimer’s disease?

Usually if a person has shows the risk factors of Alzheimers, then susceptibility increase. risk factors include: old age, family history or hereditary genes, down syndrome, head trauma, and sometimes gender and other diseases seem to increase susceptibility.
