Due to severe damage, help came not only from the Government, but also from the other non-state institutions, relief organizations and other countries. The collaborations of these sectors helped a lot by means of providing the needs of the survivors. They gave funds for the reconstruction of infrastructures, new houses for the people, donation of clothes and foods, and rehabilitation for those who traumatized on what happened during the typhoon.
