What is the responsibility of the state towards its citizens?​

States have the legal obligation to protect and promote human rights, including the right to social security, and ensure that people can realize their rights without discrimination.

The state has alots of responsibilities to fullfill for its citizen.To maintain and see the citizens problems.To understand and respect their point of view.To make the constitutional law according to the wish and desire of people.To give sequrity to the citizens.To head and goal towards citizens and countrys

every society, in order to meet the needs of it's people, has to answer three basic questions:

- what should we produce?

- how should we produce it?

- for whom should we produce it?

this questions must be answered in order to, option b, aid in production decisions.

every country can't produce everything, no matter how rich their land is. it may be a matter of technology, resources or geographical conditions. so, these three questions must be resolved in order to get the most of the production of each land.
