Differences between interpersonal skill and self awareness skill?​

Interpersonal skills is that personal skills refer to the abilities possessed by an individual which are considered to be his/her strengths whereas Self-awareness skills, as the term indicates, refer to one's ability to be aware of or to recognize his emotions, behaviors, beliefs, motivations

i disagree that there is little difference between adult female development and adult male development. sociological studies comparing female and male pathways to adulthood, revelead that there are sustancial differences between them. particularly, female and male differ from timing of marriage, when they began to live with children and the likelihood of combining wife/husband and parent roles.
