human resource development vhelps to increase the skill, education and ability of the employment. it is beneficial for the development of leadership, supervision and effective communication in the organisation.it yeilds higher prody from organisation and helps in the effective use of the manpower.ut facilitates to search manpower for present and future and determine the incentive plan for the manpower. it fulfill the lack of manpower at the time if need and manage the additional employees. due to the various reason the condition of human resource development should be improved in Nepal
