Explanation: Nations develop solely out of the actions of the people. Some move things like a chess master while most function in their society and strive for the betterment of themselves, their family, and their community. For the most part the only thing that stops the natural evolutionary development of a nation is the government restricting them. Communities make their own social, political, religious, and moral standards they create economies and as they grow and develop more people move their seeking success eventually this will become a city. Obviously you can’t necessarily do this anywhere geographically. New York exists in large part due to its ocean front Access the same is true for LA and San Fransisco.

For the individual seeking to have their nation develop they need to do some simple things; have and live by a moral code, work hard, start a family, be an active positive member of your community. The moral code is more of understanding what you believe is right and wrong and living those standards and not hypocritically. Working hard can be you finding a job within your community and striving to be the most productive worker there or starting a company of your own that will supply a need the community has that is not being fulfilled. Start a family- be financially responsible either as the child rearer or the worker, teach your moral code and work ethic to those children, and ensure you are preparing them for the future with knowledge and ethics that will help them be more successful than you are. Being a member of the community such as sitting on counsels, knowing your neighbors, helping the poor in the community, being a moral example to others through actions and not preaching to them.

It is important to note that some communities die in a society, towns become ghost towns and moral fabrics decay. There is nothing wrong with relocating and allowing that community to die if you determine that it is terminal. If you are not filthy rich and able to start companies and build roads to that community there is not a lot you can do to save it. So find a new community that might already have your morals as a community and economic opportunity for you and your children's future. Important part is to not rely on the government, the government is never the answer. Think of the government as a mean overweight dog, they are there to protect you, but they will eat all of your food if you let them, they cannot provide you with food, and they do not create the roof over your head. Governments do not build nations, people do.
