She probably is carrying some heavy tools like a wrench or a screwdriver, because astronauts usually spacewalk in order to do repairs or build new stuff on the outside of the shuttle. She can throw one or more of these tools with as much force as she can in the direction away from the shuttle. Then because of Newton's Third Law (every action has an equal and opposite reaction), her body will move in the opposite direction -- towards the shuttle.
