Sociobiology is about the interaction between biological factors within an individual and environmental influences. This being said, Neuropsychology is also related to it because Neuropsychology is the study on how the structure and function of the brain relates to specific psychological process and behavior of an individual. 
The complications during pregnancy and birth that results to impulsive and aggressive behavior of children are considered a neuropsychological factor. Other factor is related to the nervous system. There are some children who have more excitable nervous systems making them harder to control.
