You are chatting with one customer when another begins asking you questions. the second customer is in a hurry and wants immediate attention. unfortunately, there is no one else who can her. what would you be most and least likely to do?

Personally, I would ask the first customer if they mind if I go and help the second customer quickly, and then get back to them. If they are not in a hurry, they surely won't mind it, and the other one is in a hurry, which means you will finish helping them quickly. What you are least likely to do is get angry and snap at them, because you cannot be rude to your customers - you have to be patient with both of them, and try to help them to the best of your ability.
