Two environmental challenges facing Africa are water pollution and deforestation.

One of the main issues is deforestation. This is when forest are harvested at unprecedented rates. This means that the forest is dwindling down forcing animals to move to find other homes. Also, since all the trees have been cut down and not enough have grown back that area is lacking the resources that trees give us.

You can drink laxative, or  do this exercise when you are sitting in the bathroom on the toilet. to relieve  constipation  fast or in about 1 minute, pinch your nose after your usual exhalation. start holding your breath. but do not mouth breath during this just hold your breath.
