When making a right turn you are to execute the maneuver?

In doing this maneuver, you are to execute to go to the far right lane. It is advisable to execute this in order for the people behind you to know that you're going to turn right. It would alarm them, especially to those who are going straight ahead and will not execute the maneuver in turning right.

You can drink laxative, or  do this exercise when you are sitting in the bathroom on the toilet. to relieve  constipation  fast or in about 1 minute, pinch your nose after your usual exhalation. start holding your breath. but do not mouth breath during this just hold your breath.
