Anti-personality disorder breaks into two categories. Psychopath and Sociopath, the difference between the two is that Psychopaths are more "cold hearted." They lack empathy and never had any since they were born. They are more likely to be successful and they are very charming. They think things through before acting on them. They pretend to feel emotions to manipulate people or just to simply fit in. They tend to say a lot of lies, it can be small or big, they just have a tendency to lie. They tend to believe that they are superior than everyone else. Living with a mindset of "Life is survival for the fittest, whoever is at the bottom is not my problem." Lack of guilt can also present and they can't form any emotional attachments with anyone, if it seems like they do they are pretending to get you attached to them, this is a form of manipulation. HOWEVER, a Sociopath can have some sort of low empathy and guilt, it wont be deep though since we only experience shallow feelings. We are often incredibly reckless and irresponsible. We don't really feel any other "deep" emotions apart from rage or aggression, I tend to have anger outbursts and that can be present in other sociopaths as well. Sociopaths can form some type of attachment with someone, it won't be a deep one but it can be present.
