The correct answer is D Because back then the African Americans tried to help eachother put not sell then all slaves were victims

It should be D! Some Africans captured and sold other Africans - that's actually a huge misconception that I'm sure a few people still believe til this day. Basically it was started to that the Slave Owners weren't the only ones guilty of slavery - it made it seem like African Americans had a pretty big role in it, too!
