So, this isn't really a question for like homework. i have a states and capitols quiz tomorrow, i need to have memorized every state and their capitol, and where they are on the map. i didn't study because i have had some more serious problems i had to deal with, so i couldn't study. does anyone think they can ? iv tried studying them over and over, but i just cant seem to memorize them.

Hmmm... uhm try making it into like a song or something. That usually helps me study facts. Or maybe if you cant make up one, I'm sure that their are some on Youtube or somewhere else at least.

Worse comes to worse, you can try to cheat. In the meantime, though, you can check YouTube for videos that put the states and capitals into a song (they'll probably have a map in the video too, for their locations). You can also try to make up silly phrases to memorize the names (for example, the capital of Minnesota is St. Paul, because you shared a mini soda with St. Paul). For the locations, I don't know anything else other than staring at a map. Maybe try to find something special about that location, like maybe notice one is in a panhandle or right next to the top of a river. Best of luck!
