Explain the difference between trade barriers and migration barriers.

These are government policies which place restrictions on international trade. Trade barriers can either make trade more difficult and expensive (tariff barriers) or prevent trade completely (e.g. trade embargo). Examples of trade barriers- tariff barriers, non-transferable barriers, quotas, voluntary export restraint, subsidies and embargo. I hope this helps you.

Sometimes a Migration barrier can also be a trade barrier. The Atlantic Ocean made it difficult for people to travel to the American Continent in the 1500s, the difficulty also made trade impractical. 

Trade Barriers can also be language and cultural differences that make trade difficult. Taxes, tariffs and currency differences can also be trade barriers.
