Explain the followings : 3 Access to public services
1) A parson who provides service to the public shall put
in place the necessary facilities that make the service
available and accessible to persons with disabuities,
A person who provides services to the publicon commercial
basis shall put in place the necessary facuttles that
make the commacial services available and accessible
to person with disabilities,
3) A person who contravenes this section commus an offence
and is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding five-
thousand penalty units or a term of imprisonment not
exceeding one year
or both.​
