Why do some people against social media

because it's a waste of time (like playing useless games)

it's useless

it' causes addiction

and I just don't know, but there's no point of it

so I'm just against it

because they get rejected by people or they have a bad experience with social media like cyberbullying

it also causes prolems like emotional and mental issues, such as anxiety, depression, stress, loneliness, and low self-esteem, physical issues, such as reduced sleep quality, and general issues, such as exposure to misinformation and political polarization.
