Assets = liabilities + Capital

or

Assets - capital = Liabilities

Liabilities = Assets - capital

We can write it. Technically it is correct but if we see it from the side of balance sheet, Liabilities and capitals are added and then it comes equals to the Assets. This is the rule. We cant change it.
