 I think that the bowl with the plastic wrap wont do anything, i think that the bowl that was uncovered will do something. I think that all of the water that was left out in the sun (uncovered) will evaporate.

Reasoning: In the water cycle, dissipation happens when daylight warms the outside of the water. The warmth from the sun makes the water particles move quicker and quicker, until they move so quick they escape as a gas. As water fume rises higher in the climate, it starts to chill ease off.
