What do you think is meant by the phrase "quiet isn't always peace"? If you had to restate this idea in your own words, how would you say this? Can you think of a time when things have been quiet but not peaceful?

There are many ways things can be quiet without being peaceful. This can range from things to silently sneaking through a forest while hunting, to remaining under the radar in a war to ambush your opponent. If I were to rephrase this, I could write "Silence is not always equal to Salvation". A real life connection to "quiet isn't always peace" could be trench warfare in WW1. Although the proposes otherwise, most of the war in the trenches was fought with silence and shovels. Countries completely opposing each other would be just meters apart below the ground, waiting for the other to make a move. If you went over the top of the trench, you would almost instantly be killed... this lead to wars being led into a stalemate, sometimes being won only by out starving the enemy.
