I'm pretty sure you meant "president". If so, the current one is Bidya Devi Bhandari. She was first elected in October 2015 and is the first female head of state of Nepal. She is formally addressed as "The Right Honourable" (Nepali: सम्माननीय, romanized: Sam'mānanīya).
