When is the main difference between child labour and child abuse

Child Labour is characterized by full-time work too early of an age and too many hours spent working. The work often exerts undue physical, social or psychological stress hampers access to education and may detrimental to social and psychological development.

Child Abuse are a multitude of many harms, neglect, malnutrition, starvation, infectious disease, congenital defects, abandonment, economic exploitation, violence of warfare and sexual abuse.

it is a part of john locke's natural rights popular during the age of enlightenment that people had inalienable rights to life, liberty and property. this was reflected by thomas jefferson in his declaration of independence as rights to life,liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

another line in the declaration of independence is that people have certain rights just because they are human. humans are capable of obeying the three natural rights john locke mentioned making them governable by these laws and therefore entitled to these rights as well.

esse direito da constituição, quando contrariado, é o mais próximo ao julgamento político de obras e ações da antiguidade.
