I got a F I can't bring my grade up. I'm dying inside

You only get an F if you don't try, and if you don't try your best. Giving up has never helped anyone and nether will it help you. Getting an A is not a big deal it is just a letter that compares to what you have done and your progress. But an F is no exception.
