One of the things I would say to my peers is the importance of order. The order allows that there can be a balance and know in which hours to focus on work and in which hours to rest, here comes the importance of having a schedule. A schedule allows you to have a defined time and know when to execute each action, this helps to reduce stress as there is greater control of the activities to be carried out.
